Identify and sell products made in Wisconsin. My wife, when putting together gift baskets for visiting ministers or missionaries, always tries to have 100% of the items in the basket be from Wisconsin. This is generally very well appreciated and just the process of doing so opened our eyes to how many delicious and fun things Wisconsin makes.
